About the Artisan
About the Artisan
This mudman bonsai pot is handcrafted in Bat Trang, a Vietnamese village with a ceramic history spanning over 700 years. Our partner workshop, with 22 years of experience, continues this legacy. Each planter begins as raw local clay, shaped and detailed by artisans who have inherited their skills through generations.
The piece is then fired at 1200°C for durability and finished with a protective glaze that gives it a distinct, lasting appearance. The subtle variations in each hand-painted detail mean your planter is a one-of-a-kind piece of functional art.
