Refund Policy

This page explains how returns, replacements, refunds, and return-related support work at The Viet Potter.

Return Window

We accept eligible return or support requests within 14 days from the date of purchase.

After 14 days, we may no longer be able to assist with return or resolution requests related to the delivered item.

Item Condition

To be eligible for return review, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is not available, the item must be packed securely in a suitable replacement box.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • final sale items
  • used items
  • requests made after the 14-day window

Eligible Issues

The following issues may qualify for review:

  • items damaged or cracked during delivery
  • items that do not match the model or type ordered
  • incomplete sets, where applicable

We recommend checking the item as soon as it arrives and documenting any issue promptly with clear photos.

Replacement vs Refund

A replacement and a refund are not the same.

For eligible issues, The Viet Potter primarily resolves the case through replacement.

A refund may be considered when the issue qualifies under this policy and a replacement is not reasonably available, including cases where the item is no longer in stock.

How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

Return Request – [Order Number]

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the reason for the request
  • any relevant tracking information
  • clear photos or videos showing the issue, if applicable

Review Process

We typically respond within 3 business days after receiving your request.

After review, we will confirm whether the issue qualifies and provide the next step, including return instructions if needed.

Return Shipping and Replacement Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back.

If a replacement is approved, The Viet Potter is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the eligible amount paid for the item.
